Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late I may not always be able to add the time on as the subsequent client may be due to start immediately. The treatment time you have booked, however, is still payable in full. If I am running late I will ensure you receive your full treatment time booked or refund the difference.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give 24 hours notice.

There is a minimum charge of £15/hour for late cancellation, change of appointment or for no shows. This is payable prior to any subsequent treatments or sessions taking place. As soon as you know you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know.

On the day, a minimum of 3 hours notice is required or the full price is required before any further appointments can be booked.

Please bear in mind another client may be waiting when your appointment has finished.

If you need to re-arrange or cancel an appointment, where possible contact me as soon as you can.

Your health & well being is important, please listen carefully to aftercare advice.

If you are allergic to nuts, creams or oils it is imperative you make me aware of this as some products will not be suitable.

If you think you may be or are pregnant please let me know.

Please let me know of any other medical or health conditions. These may not prevent you from having treatment, but may alter the type, time or depth of treatments.

All under 18s to be accompanied by an adult.

Please do not spray any products in the room as some clients may be allergic.

I will endeavour to make treatments as comfortable as possible, however, unless pre-agreed, your treatment will not be a Swedish massage. There may be outside noise, I may require you to change positions and I may need to ask questions about location and intensity of pain.
